Senior Managing Director – Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources. In this role I led the Human Resources business partners around the globe who are accountable for operations and service delivery for all human resources services in their countries. I had leadership responsibility for driving global delivery of HR services, overseeing operations supporting approximately 320,000 employees across 56 countries and multiple Accenture businesses. I was also responsible for overseeing Accenture's Talent Supply Chain and Recruiting Centers of Expertise.Additionally, I led a number of change programs for Human Resources and was accountable for ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization. I was a member of Accenture's Global Leadership Council, which is comprised of Accenture's top 150 leaders. Additionally, I participated in the Operations Council, which is responsible for driving Accenture’s operational agenda as well as the Information Technology Steering Committee, overseeing the company's strategic direction of technology investments.
