I developed and managed the Business Engagement Office for the LNE-IT Global PMO. The BEO's primary objective was to set projects up for success. We did this by engaging with the business to understand their new initiatives by understanding what success looked like. We delivered valuable services such as our intake process, project scope documents, and health-checks on in-flight projects. The results of the BEO were properly sized and prioritized initiatives. Many successful projects involved the transformational efforts in IT to adopt cloud-based software solutions which have streamlined many of our business processes.

A short 2-month contract that was really exciting: I lead the effort to convert assets, such as email templates, images, and content of all HOB venues and Foundation Room subsets from the standard version of ExactTarget to the Enterprise version. This platform is now a Salesforce marketing platform.Analyzed assets and structure of data, stored, uploaded assets to the newer version of the software for later adoption and integration.

I created technical use cases and summary analysis for new project initiatives involving multiple services like our B2B and B2C accounts and identity services.Provided an approved approach for artifact management based on company SDLC documentation standards.Created Power Point presentations outlining the key values of the Agile methodology.

Featured in Entrepreneur Magazine after just 2 years in business and during an economic downturn. It was unexpectedly empowering to be part of a company that provided a system for companies struggling with the ever-changing financial market.Our platform, which was industry-agnostic by nature, was leveraged to overcome disadvantages of the distressed mortgage industry and several other related verticals. Because re-purposing data was at its core and communication and tracking was the foundation of the platform, our customers were able to offer services beyond their primary services and expand to other vertical markets, with much less effort.Our web-based data management solution was highlighted by its ease of use and quick user adoption.Our company was able to transform data management by leveraging the same data used across verticals, and this became the number one feature of the tool to improve data collection and derive insight. In our journey of developing industry-agnostic software, surviving the mortgage industry invoked creativity and innovation in an industry that was otherwise bogged down by paper and process and time wasted.Our article in Entrepreneur highlights our vision of what data management could be.
