I was a seater at both sit down restaurants in Liberty Square, Liberty Tree Tavern and the Diamond Horseshoe, in Magic Kingdom. I would greet, check in, and seat patrons. I also fulfilled all other responsibilities whenever requested, including busing tables, stocking supplies, bartending, and updating, whenever requested. During my internship I was frequently called upon to resolve the most difficult customer complaints and difficulties to insure outstanding Disney experience which led me to receive 17 Fanatic cards and a Disney Cast Appreciation. Additionally I was trained in the following support roles: trainer, assignor, and general teller (GT) during my internship.

During the 2015 summer season at Funland I was the first ever marketing and sales intern for a multi million dollar company. During this entrepreneur internship, I investigated and carried out promotional programs to increase revenues along with conducting market research to better understand customer preferences. I also created the company's Instagram account and helped publish weekly Funland newsletters on their Facebook account.
