I have worked in the healthcare space for over 20 years with 9 of those years in the hospital revenue cycle focusing on health information management, medical billing/coding, and healthcare reimbursement data analysis. For the last three years I served as the PFS Payer Liaison & Revenue Cycle Analyst at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. I have my masters in public policy from the University of Chicago, and a BA from the University of Iowa. Prior to working in the hospital revenue cycle field, I worked in association management, in pre & post award grant and contract research administration, and hospital administration.I currently hold both RHIA and CCS-P credentials from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and have extensive Epic experience.
