My responsibilities included delivering The Produce Box to members in zip codes 27408 and 27455, and customer relations, communication, etc. We also had to do administrative work and reporting such as fill out forms and reports. My sister and I did it together...she had 27408, I had 27455, and sometimes we gave each the day off. Boxes were delivered on Fridays and it was basically an all day affair. So much fun and a great experience! I loved all the people I worked with and our customers. It's a brilliant idea! :)

I started in our Accounting department and then floated around wherever I was needed. :)Managed all sales and marketing activities at Kavanagh Homes...including over 10 sales agents and 3 people in our main office. Responsible for weekly sales meetings, model homes (with my mom), sales and marketing reports, marketing plans, PR, forecasting, advertising, recruiting, training, budgeting, leadership development, etc. I also worked in our Land Development department and managed land acquisitions, government approvals, land development, pro formas, research, etc. I was part of the Product Development Team. I assisted my mom with events, interior design, team building, and interviewing. Unfortunately, I also had to do a lot of dismissals and layoffs. That was human relations experience.
