Completed all programming for an office of 400 users including Call Center. Coordinated the consolidation of two offices (Minnesota and Wisconsin). Continued to administer new phone system for both offices. Coordinated the consolidation of Aetna and Travelers branch offices when Aetna was acquired by Travelers.In 1996, Travelers consolidated the Local Accounting functions to 6 regional hubs with the office serving Milwaukee assigned to the new regional center in Tennessee.
