Started with OMC as a Global Senior Telecommunications Analyst. Assigned to ERP project on the Change Management Team evaluating new ERP systems. Promoted to Global Telecommunications Manager in 1997. Projects included replacing 56K dialup lines with global Frame Relay Data Network and installing Avaya PBXs and Call Center Support.Promoted to Global Infrastructure Manager in 1998 with responsibilities in Telecommunications, Servers, EUC, Operations (Mainframe and JDE/As400). Led global Infrastructure refresh initiatives across all platforms. Supported Manufacturing Shop Floor, Engineering and all Corporate functions. Promoted to Global Infrastructure Director in 1999. Responsible for leading a team of 40 staff members. Global footprint included US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, China, Australia and New Zealand.OMC declared bankruptcy December 2000. Engine business was purchased by Bombardier, Inc and I was offered a position with Bombardier March, 2001.

Started with Aetna in 1975 as an Accounting Analyst in Agency Billing and Support. Promoted to Accounting Supervisor 1981. Responsible for managing all Agency receivables (300+ Independent Agents). Part of responsibilities included auditing the financial records of delinuent agents at their place of business. Also supported the Workers Compensation Pool accounts assigned to Aetna by the State. Worked to develop a specialized system for processing of workers compensation premium payments.Promoted to Accounting Superintendent 19xx. To address high telecom costs, worked with Aetna Head Office and piloted the first Avaya self-installed phone system for Aetna. Completed all programming for an office of 400 users including Call Center. Coordinated the consolidation of two offices (Minnesota and Wisconsin). Continued to administer new phone system for both offices. Coordinated the consolidation of Aetna and Travelers branch offices when Aetna was acquired by Travelers.In 1996, Travelers consolidated the Local Accounting functions to 6 regional hubs with the office serving Milwaukee assigned to the new regional center in Tennessee.

Started with Midland Bank as a Consumer Credit Clerk. Responsible for processing consumer loan applications, payment applications, credit reports and preparation of loan papers.Managed the Insurance (Loss Payee) clauses for all secured loans. Assigned additional responsibilities to prepare project documents and reports Department Management as well as portfolio analysis. Attended two graduate level accounting classes at Marquette (Financial and Cost Accounting).
