Photographing families and large groups. Sports photography, ballet recitals, senior portraits, newborn sessions, and engagement sessions.

Duties:Office management including bill pay, inventory, shelf stocking, and product shipmentsSet up and maintain social media images and postsCommunication with customers and hosts about training coursesMaintaining a clean and organized office

• Setting up appointments for clients• Answering and maintaining a four line phone system• Uploading Bankruptcy files with the Alabama State Court System• Handling cash and check transactions• Creating letters and forms from dictation• Creating and uploading various documents and forms

• Creating weekly schedules for eight or more employees. • Temporary management position throughout the summers. • Responsible for guarding the swimming area, applying first aid when needed, and maintenance duties. • Taught swim lessons to children, both group and private lessons.
