About Mary Robb

My name is Mary Robb, and I am the founder & CEO of Social Practice, a marketing agency that utilizes creative storytelling on social media to help aesthetic practices get more patients. Hiring Social Practice is like hiring a full-time social media manager for your practice. Our experience in the aesthetics industry combined with our focus in the continuously evolving social media space allows us to form successful partnerships with our clients. We take a results-driven approach by assessing your 1) vision 2) goals 3) target audience, and 4) what sets you apart. Our campaigns are strategically developed to authentically tell your story while adding the most value to your ideal patient. Social media is not just a place to share stories. It's also where you go to build relationships, and we focus on helping you attract more new patients through the services we provide. After working for nearly a decade in multiple advertising and marketing roles, I discovered a gap in the market for social media as a service. My passion for creative storytelling and background in public relations sparked a major interest in how social media could be used to help businesses gain traction. Being a millennial myself, I grew up on social media and it has always been second nature for me. I often volunteered to be the point person for managing the socials at many of the companies I worked for. In 2019, I founded Social Practice. My goal is to build a successful business that supports the growth of the practices we partner with, the team members we employ, and the communities we volunteer with. I'm a huge advocate for women's career development and am always looking for ways to open doors and create more opportunities for women who are driven to succeed. Outside of chasing my dreams in my career, I enjoy exploring new countries, trying new restaurants, tasting all the wine, being active at the gym, playing with my rescue dogs, and spending time with my family and friends.
