* Function as product production manager for Sunshine Studios & Jungle Club, Pigment brands.* Successfully facilitate the launch of Sunshine Studios & Jungle Club to a direct-to-consumer market as well as a wholesale market. * Work closely with the Design Team across all categories, from concept to bulk production, to ensure beautiful collections are delivered on time, to budget and that they maintain the strict quality and design standards.* Creating fresh, innovative, and commercial seasonal collections as well as ongoing fast turn product and collections.* Collaborate with Owners, Directors, and Creative Team to ensure outstanding design execution while meeting business objectives.* Guide the Designers in the development of styles that support the design concepts and fulfill the needs of the business as outlined by the Buying team.* Work closely with team to cross pollinate ideas, outfitting, assortment balance and maintain seasonal design direction.* Follow up with vendor and internal teams to ensure development and production samples are executed correctly and within the timelines. Communicate changes or additional details as samples are reviewed.* Understand and communicate any potential production issues with vendors and internal teams.* Develop products with suppliers based on design direction and negotiate material costs as needed per target prices.* Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with design/production in regards to changes, discrepancies, approvals, etc.

* Design over twenty different product categories in the gift and home entertainment industry including paper napkins, plates, stationery items, gift bags, wrap, lacquer trays, textiles, etc. * Conceptualize and illustrate designs from start to finish. * Communicate with separate manufacturers to create over 35 designs each season. * Duties include design, layout, determining and communicating speculations, pre-press production, color proofing and archiving. * Work with licensed artists, private labels and museums.
