I'm now the Registry Coordinator for PB Algonquin.Received the District award for a job well done in March '14.

Serve as the logistics coordinator for the Campus Provost with responsibility for the scheduling, execution and follow up of technology, contractors, and physical resources affecting stakeholders. Project managed the successful move of four departments, a college and the university President within a six week timeframe. Additional duties include budget management, creation of campus process for student book orders, and other ad hoc duties assigned by the Campus Provost.Additional event management related responsibilities included project management of the annual golf outing which included planning, executing, timeline, registration, media communications, print designs, sponsorships, and budgeting. First year results reduced the expenses by 75% and increased net receipts to $48,000 to fund student scholarships; second year results increased player participation and net receipts to $54,000 for scholarships.

Previous assignment involved management and coordination of an organization affiliated with the university comprised of 530 senior citizens. Project management duties include membership communication (printed and electronic), facilities scheduling, event management for over 300 members which included catering, scheduling of classes, budget management, and marketing to new and existing members, quarterly class scheduling with timeline management which included such diverse activities as marketing, communications, registration, facility scheduling, equipment scheduling and pre and post planning with class coordinators.

Extended Branding of the Foundation using greater web site development, generated new fundraising opportunities, helped to develop greater financial management, and brought in newer ways to provide public relations at little cost to the Foundation.
