I have more than 25 years of international experience in trade shows, media, and sales. I grew up in this business and know all aspects of this global industry. Most recently, I became CEO Americas for the Arc network, a media and events business backed by EagleTree Capital. I’ve held progressive leadership roles at Diversified Communications, and been a board member of UFI, SISO and ECA, three leading industry trade associations. In 2020, I became the first woman elected as president of UFI. My real strength lies in creating a winning culture and building customer-focused teams that can produce top-tier events, digital media, and conferences. I am a big-picture thinker and a decisive yet balanced risk-taker. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently driven top and bottom line growth by identifying new business opportunities, launching new products, building strong partnerships, and acquiring assets.
