Support, advise and coach Jenner’s lawyers by ensuring they have the tools to grow in their legal careers. Provide coaching and access to career-related resources as well as individual and group programming on career-related topics. Work closely with practice groups on career development initiatives. Publish career newsletter and maintain internal job board and career resources. Provide career coaching and resources to internal lawyers, alumni and friends of the firm including resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and negotiation assistance. Manage the secondment process and lawyer off-boarding. Manage Alumni Relations for Jenner to maintain connections between Jenner and its alumni community through alumni events, programming and support services. Manage alumni database, communications, and social media outreach.

Manage a team of three Assistant Directors engaging the global Kellogg alumni population across all degree programs in events, networking activities, and virtual programs. Planning and executing the annual Kellogg Reunion program including working with faculty and staff teams to offer an array of thought leadership and lifelong learning programming and allowing for opportunities for networking and engagement at Reunion. Supporting and engaging with international and U.S.-based Kellogg Alumni Clubs and Affinity networks to maintain and grow Kellogg's global alumni network. Planning and executing learning and development programming for Kellogg alumni including global webinar series.

Managing and executing programs and events for the Kellogg Executive MBA (EMBA) global network of alumni to help alumni leverage their network. Assist EMBA alumni by connecting them to a variety of lifelong learning opportunities. Collaborate with EMBA admissions and outreach events and engage EMBA alumni. Work closely with the EMBA team to find innovative ways to connect alumni and students and expand and enhance the Global Network. Plan and execute in person and virtual global programs for alumni.

Providing career coaching and advice, programs and training for graduate students in the Masters of Taxation and international Executive Master of Laws in Chicago programs at Northwestern Law. Organizing on-campus interviewing program, resume requests, job fairs and individual job search assistance. Developing and planning programs, events, and panels on career-related topics as well as delivering specific training on all aspects of the graduate job search. Principal administrator of the TARE off-campus job fair in Washington D.C. for graduate Tax LL.M. students which includes coordinating with partner schools and employer participants, overseeing the budget, and scheduling interviews using career management software. Coaching international students and developing tailored professional development programs on networking, interviewing and career development. Conducting employer outreach and marketing for graduate programs and job fairs. Coordinating with various internal stakeholders and departments including faculty, admissions, marketing, and firm and corporate relations to enhance the career-related programming and marketing of the current students. Extensively engage with and coach alumni to increase their participation in programming and build strong alumni relationships with the program.

Remote Career Adviser (based in Chicago). Provided one-on-one career coaching, mock interviews and advice for international LL.M. students and J.D. alumni.

Acted as editor and liaised with attorneys around the world to update and expand the International Directory of Legal Qualification. The Directory is a unique and valuable resource for anyone who hires foreign-trained lawyers, places U.S. trained lawyers in foreign offices, or considers foreign-trained lawyers for admission to law school graduate programs.

Career adviser and recruitment contact for all graduate law students at Northwestern Law including candidates for LLM in Taxation, LLM/Kellogg Program in Law and Business, LLM (International students), LLM in International Human Rights. Provided resume and cover letter reviews, conducted mock interviews, provided career coaching and advice and organized participation in job fairs and recruitment programs. Developed and delivered career related training to all students.

Associate attorney in the Global Labor and Employment group. Provided all aspects of legal advice to major multinational corporate clients on all aspects of human resources, employment, and labor law issues. Defended clients in litigious matters. Selected to participate in the Associate Training Program that involved a year long transfer to the Chicago office.
