• Conducts 32 or more detailed food facility inspections monthly to assess effectiveness in safe food delivery in a community setting. Includes inspection of equipment, food storage, food preparation, cleanliness, and environmental impact.• Deliver inspection reports which outline food safety risks along with remediation steps in alignment with FDA and USDA principles. Meet with facility management to review the report results and assist them with developing an effective remediation plan.•Assist food facility management with developing standard operating procedures for food handling.• Provide training in a community setting to food establishment employees. Training includes ServSafe manger classes, ServSafe Food Handler Training, and HACCP compliance training. • Follow HACCP principles in all food safety evaluation activities to reduce food safety risks. Construct and develop HACCP plans for specialized processes including all required laboratory testing results for approval. • Act as liaison between the food facility and regulatory agency representatives to assist the facility in understanding and meeting regulatory requirements.•Plan Review of new and modified food facility construction blueprints and assisting in application procedures to the regulatory authority. •Manage online website login information and security. •Manage Food Safety Specialists within the company by reviewing and approving written inspection reports. • Regional scope of inspections includes New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Maryland, Illinois, Florida, and Massachusetts.
