Ensue an effective response to customer requests, problems, and special needs.o order receipt (receive orders from both old and new customers)• Ensuring smooth processing of customer orders for Middle East region (Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq)• Issuing of local and export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Proof of Delivery, Certificates and verifications when necessary.• Making sure that customer orders are shipped on time, in full, thereby accelerating sales and guaranteeing customer satisfaction• Ensure INCOTERM is properly executed to all export shipment• Coordinate with local bank for submission of Letter of Credit / CAD through bank documents• Communicate and closely coordinate with supplier, bank, clearing agent etc., to get clearance of such shipment consigned to bank and complete the process of payment clearance with LCs and get clear these bank payments against LCs• Drop ship coordination along with EU /USA plants• Ensuring that correct shipping instructions are communicated to all parties• Monitor delivery schedules and advise customers if any changes, delay or any other issues that may arrange• Work directly with Production planning to create necessary paperwork• Place firm intercompany and export orders for local warehouse replenishment; follow up with factory planners until order is shipped• Ensuring that orders are processed accurately in line with the inventory levels at hand as well as the Forecast of products Show less
