I oversee day-to-day management of Shopify Plus website, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance, to provide the best user experience. I build and setup new product pages, implement third-party applications and plugins to support functionalities, while maintaining a competitive pricing strategy and marketing campaigns.

I am the Visual Merchandise Manager at Avenue Design Co. in Dothan, Alabama. This role allows me to create visual displays that guide the customer throughout each section of the store. While displays are a big part of my job, I am also the head Social Media Manager. This part of my job allows me to curate creative content for all social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Lastly, I assist in product imaging, graphic creation, inventory management, and website development to maintain accurate and efficient marketing for the store.

During this internship, I planned and executed effective visual merchandising displays throughout all three stores, assisted in product buying decisions based on trend forecasts, and assisted in back of the house operations such as tagging inventory, restocking inventory, and merchandising the new inventory. Along with this, I handled and operated the POS system, assisted in retail operations, and brought creative ideas to the table.

My responsibilities include being a personal sales associate that is dedicated to the customers. I restock inventory, help make purchases, and assist customers on a personal level where they can feel welcomed. Along with this, I contribute to the social media posts to help market the brand and pull consumers into the store.
