Global Capital EngineeringManage a team of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil/Structural, and Construction Engineers and Designers to complete capital improvement and maintenance projects from concept to construction at Dow Corning headquarters in Midland, MI. Responsible for the Organo Supply chain project portfolio. Project portfolio management includes project prioritization, budget planning and spending projections, scheduling, resource planning, customer service, and risk management. Served as civil/structural engineering specialist in the design of office spaces, process towers, and equipment supports. Projects included new construction as well as retrofitting of existing structures. Experienced in Blast Design and Damage Liming Construction Design for Explosion Loading.

Research project at the Mid-America Earthquake Center including validation in the development of advanced simulation tools for the nonlinear finite element analysis of soil-structure interaction in pile foundation under dynamic earthquake loading. Final report presented at the Annual Earthquake Engineering Symposium and publish in the Journal of Earthquake Engineering.
