My primary responsibility was to grow our partnership with our largest re-seller. In the first year, my efforts grew revenue by nearly 60%.Below are some of the many ways I attacked this challenge and continued to grow our partnerships:- Implemented new process for on-boarding new accounts - Developed key relationship throughout this client's company to streamline communication. I then took on the responsibility of training and equipping all departments on how to both optimally sell and support our product.- Continuously sought out relationships with major accounts that are our mutual clients. I worked to grow these relationships and optimize their accounts through consultations and up-selling them to products that will better meet their needs. - Worked with both companies development teams to build out further product integration- Partnered with their sales teams as a product expert to demo products and help close deals.

I was responsible for the implementation, training, and the initial in-depth consultation of new automotive accounts. It was my responsibility to ensure that our solution was installed based on the client's specific needs and that they were trained on how to make decisions based on the data that we provided for them.I was also responsible for the consultation (both onsite and remotely) of current automotive accounts on how to optimize all things on the phone: call routing processes, marketing efforts, and phone skills. This included frequent travel, trouble-shooting, re-training, helping implement new process to improve phone efforts, and up-selling the client on solutions and features that would better help them manage the phone and grow revenue. It was my personal mission to make sure that the decision makers and user saw us as their trusted resource for all things on the phone. My job was not just to install, train, and consult our clients; I saw my job as ensuring that our clients relied so heavily on our solution that it was completely irreplaceable for them.

Supervise the creation of new flavors, make all ice creams and sorbets, and work directly with customers with food allergies and dietary concerns to develop creative and delicious alternatives. Along side four other pastry chefs, I am responsible for making organic, preservative free, gourmet hand painted bonbons, truffles, molded figures, macarons, and various pastries in a very fast-paced, small kitchen. I also help oversee inventory and work directly with the purveyors to order ingredients and ensure premium product quality and reasonable prices. Since my promotion three months ago, all food sales have doubled and the sale of my specialties, ice creams and new flavors, have tripled as a direct result of the responsibilities I have taken on.

Responsible for baking all deserts, including the creation of and plating design for the weekly desert special alongside the Sous Chef. Oversaw all garde manger and desert during service hours as well as stepped in as line cook during busy hours. Advised over 100 students, helped update, develop, and write class curriculum, organized and curated student art shows and art gallery, developed and enforced the departmental OSHA and HASP procedures and guidelines, tutored studio art, and assistant taught all studio art classes.
