Produce strategy, documentation and tactical agile-based implementation and oversight for variety of clients from Banking / Finance, Gaming Co.s, Consumer Web, and Mobile:1. User Experience, Usability and Product Development: Strategic Development for companies and products.2. Tactical specification development, information architecture, wireframes, design-design oversight with designer and test plans for information products.3. Heuristics assessment of online systems and community sites, needs assessment, onsite & remote usability studies, user interviews and concept testing to assess user experience of product ideas, concepts and features, field studies & surveys.4. User testing & research -- both qualitative and quantitative as well as A/B testing, analytic log review. 5. Building value sets into systems to meet multiple and diverse need sets, writing privacy policies and TOU's. Building in privacy-by-design and personal data control methodologies.6. Constructing algorithms and processes to embody the meaning and user-values in coordinated effort between engineering, marketing and business practices.7. Building online communities with social media sites,widgets and mobile feeds, and with blogs, wikis, forums for transparency, communication, and conversation.

The Kantara CISWG (a working group of Kantara / IEEE) develops Consent Receipt and User Submitted Term open standards. I lead the group creating USTs and co-lead the group developing Consent Receipts. CRs are required in CA now, and will be required in the EU shortly and yet no one knows how to do them. I produced and hosted the California branch of the Personal Data Legal Hackathon in early 2014 at Mozilla's SF office to help further the code and schema development of this, as well as anti-surveillance, Do Not Track and other Privacy-enhancing technologies to help people manage their personal data.

Customer Commons represents customers in creating an equitable world between customers and any entity they may interact with online and offline. CC.org is particularly interested in achieving respect for customers as well as control over their personal data.I lead the User Submitted Terms standardization effort at CC and Kantara. I have done research at Customer Commons, as well as product development work toward privacy making tools.
