Founded a new practice dedicated to assessments and analytics at The Kaleidoscope Group, a full-service Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultancy. Developed and validated a DEI measurement framework, in collaboration with the VP of Assessment. Co-designed and led inclusive moderator training. Led the execution of surveys, focus groups, and talent management practice reviews. Led the development of assessments and analytics from a few annual projects to a central part of Kaleidoscope’s business strategy and solutions.

Developed sales strategy to establish new client relationships and grow existing ones. Provided training and coaching to the sales team. Sold multi-method$100K+ engagements to clients across various industries.

Led workshops to help clients prioritize research needs, identify gaps and potential solutions. Additionally, executed qualitative and quantitative research to support business decisions, then developed and presented final results and recommendations.

Led client service team responsible for building and maintaining client relationships through consultative research sales, execution, and actionable results delivery. Consulted on US Hispanic and Total Market design and analysis across the broader Ipsos NA organization.Doubled revenue from existing clients through active prospecting and cross-functional collaboration. Surpassed sales goals for clients previously in decline. Developed and presented research findings for an ongoing tracker, identifying key trends and recommended actions to drive business value.

Consulted with key clients on brand tracking and ad hoc US Hispanic research projects, to provide recommendations on research design, analysis, and findings presentation.

Developed and grew client relationships across a range of categories, including CPG and Travel & Leisure. Responsibilities included new business development, proposal writing, pricing, client service, custom research design, report writing, and final results presentation. Led a project team of six researchers to ensure flawless execution, and interpret research findings to deliver actionable insights and clear direction. Sold and delivered 11 country global segmentation, and 14 country usage tracker.

Delivered continuous US Multicultural revenue growth for the Procter & Gamble-dedicated division at TNS from 2007 to 2010. Part of the TNS Multicultural team from 2003 to 2007, working across a wide range of categories, including CPG, Beverages, and the US Government. Responsibilities included new business development, client service, custom research design, pricing, proposal writing, leading qualitative and quantitative project teams to ensure flawless execution, and interpreting research findings to provide consumer insights and recommendations. Completed extensive research training in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Oversaw 3,000 person membership program and developed Hispanic outreach initiatives. Responsibilities included member acquisition, retention, events management, supervision of Spanish-language communications and bilingual liaison for local Hispanic community organizations.
