Currently manage all client-facing onboarding initiatives as well as new hire onboarding for the Implementation Team at Pardot.

As an Implementation Specialist, I serve as a point-person for new Pardot clients, helping them integrate marketing automation into their marketing initiatives and goals. My responsibilities include teaching clients how to use Pardot, strategizing on marketing and industry best practices, trouble-shooting issues, leading internal and on-site trainings, and managing special projects.I also serve as the team lead for our East Coast team, providing guidance and support to team members.

As a Client Implementation Coordinator, I served as a point-person for new Pardot clients, helping them integrate marketing automation into their marketing initiatives and goals. My responsibilities included teaching clients how to use Pardot, strategizing on marketing and industry best practices, trouble-shooting issues and fielding new feature ideas and requests. We seek to give our clients great support, and to provide them with the resources they need in order to accomplish their marketing goals.Pardot is one of the industry's leading marketing automation software providers, was voted best small place to work in Atlanta by the AJC the last two years, and boasts over 1,500 clients. Pardot is now part of the larger organization of salesforce.com, and positioned in the Sales Cloud.

Managed all service trips to Haiti. Coordinated on-the-ground logistics and trained trip leaders for all teams. Collaborated with indigenous leadership on community projects and relational activities for teams.

Planned promotional events, tracked event successes; strengthened Chick-fil-A's relationship with the community; coordinated a charity dodgeball tournament to benefit Chick-fil-A's work in Niger, Africa; networked and partnered with schools in the Vinings/Buckhead area

Planned programs and events for transplant recipients and their families, including: week-long camps, a yearly family weekend, a quarterly kidney transplant support group, teen events, Christmas party, and several fundraisers.
