• Filed all the paper work for the business.• Handled broker calls for freight deliveries.• Handled tracking and billing of freight on a daily basis.• Worked closely with customers all over New England to ensure delivery of their freight.• Worked with customer service representatives from JFK and LaGuardia airport, to ensure that freight was delivered on time. • Handled billing to make sure that the freight was paid for on time.

Helping people locate their shipments, checking bills for errors, typing bills as needed and helping out the receptionist when needed.
