As an IT Jr. Support professional with a passion for web design, I am dedicated to creating user-friendly and innovative web solutions. I hold a BSIT degree from Lyceum of the Philippines, where I developed proficiency in various web design tools and software.My experience as an IT Help Desk professional at SmartPetro provided me with hands-on skills in client support, troubleshooting station operations, and generating reports. I became adept at utilizing remote software, such as AnyDesk, VNC, and TeamViewer, to swiftly resolve technical issues for POS systems and client stations. Additionally, I have a strong foundation in SQL, which I used to run scripts for system maintenance and to troubleshoot BOS (Business Operating System) issues.Currently, in my role as IT Jr. Support, I remain committed to continuous learning and am excited to take on new challenges. I aim to contribute my skills to a dynamic team, particularly in web design, data analysis, or QA testing, while driving successful outcomes and advancing my career.
