Through my community development, urban planning, economic development, and grant writing, Northern Indiana has seen over 8 million in additional funding from public and private grants for projects within the Northern Indiana community. - Assist various public sector clients finding solutions and opportunities to address public sector needs and issues in the form of creative financing or grants.- Project identification, development, funding, implementation, and management of professional services for high profile grant community development opportunities.- Lead administrator for grant programming, board administration, and implementation strategy for an Enterprise Zone Association.- Compliance enforcement for vacant real and personal property tax abatement applications and processing.- Project manager for nine Indiana Department of Transportation Local Public Agency Highway projects including voucher preparation and reporting.

- Equal Employment Opportunity Officer: studied, designed, analyzed and recommended employee health insurance benefit plan, deferred compensation program, and credit union services.- Maintained and implemented the La Porte County Employee Personnel Policy and Classification Plan.- Assistant to La Porte County Board of Commissioners, also provided additional input for problem solving and decision making through studying, researching, analyzing, and synthesizing various components of a particular situation. - Completed written reports presented at public meetings in establishment of inventory procedures for CETA office equipment and furniture, investigation of rural or urban designation for La Porte County, and professional telecommunication consulting services.- Acted as liaison for Board of Commissioners as designated: IOSHA and Highway Task force. - Provided monthly technical assistance to the County Plan Commission and Board of Zoning appeals, and compiled a package for developers on county subdivision procedures, proposed amendments to the La Porte County Zoning Ordinance review subdivisions and inspect new roads for compliance with the La Porte county Subdivision Regulations.- Coordinated resources between County departments to provide information services in response to public inquiries.
