This experience includes early stage ad development, concept and pre/post production evaluations, product design and packaging, positioning of new products, new features and technologies, web design and facility concepts. I have personally conducted thousands of in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnography and ideation sessions among consumers and professionals, and am the moderator of choice for many of my clients. I have trained moderators in both Europe and China to ensure common techniques are used across the globe for consistent analysis.I conduct proprietary and syndicated automotive clinics through my MarketPulse company.
