*Led the creation and implementation of special events and public relations throughout the six-state Pacific Northwest Region created when Macy's Northwest consolidated with Macy's West. Managed annual budget and provided direction to six event managers, including a media relations specialist focused on generating local and regional press coverage for events. *Identified, evaluated and directed the execution of multi-cultural, community and sports sponsorships for the Macy's Northwest Region.

*Created, organized, managed and implemented special events that increased store traffic and sales while giving back to the community. Managed seven event managers and an annual budget of $3 million. *Managed Macy's volunteer Program fostering teamwork within the company and to have a positive impact on the communities in which the company does business.*Expanded the Macy's Holiday Parade from its inception in 1985 to a live televised production viewed by 100,000 households and 40,000 people in Downtown Seattle the Day after Thanksgiving.*Planned and produced the 2007 Macy's grand re-opening of the historic Meier & Frank flagship building in downtown Portland. Directed events including a gala party for 1,500 benefiting five arts organizations, and a two-day grand opening celebration attended by 6,000 customers.*Created the Breast Cancer Awareness Charge Card Campaign and Fashion Show. The campaign has raised over $485,000 for Breast Cancer causes.
