Management responsibility for the PMO, business analysts and application developers at the National Headquarters Office which supports 300 councils nationwide. Additional responsibilies include resource management and vendor management for our outsourced development teams.

• Management of a technical staff of up to twenty-five responsible for the six applications that support the company’s Sales Force with an annual BAU budget of $2.5 M and a development budget of $1M. Team members consist of employees and consultants. Management responsibilities for new application development and enhancements performed in house and offshore.• The Sales applications are written in Java, Visual Basic, C++, Cobol and WebFocus with Oracle and Sybase databases.• The Compensation applications are written in PL/SQL, Java, Actuate and Cobol. The system includes integration of the Callidus-TrueComp off the shelf product and are on Unix/Oracle and web platforms.

• Integration Project Manager - Integration PM for the "Big 11" project, a $150M/2yr project that developed and implemented 11 core business applications for the new Verizon Information Services Company formed by the merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE. Responsibilities included communication to executive management and coordination of problem resolution with a cross functional executive team for escalated issues.• Team Leader - Managed activities of project managers and project controls analysts in the PMO. • Overall project management responsibilities including planning and estimating projects, securing funding, tracking costs and performance, risk identification and mitigation, project status reporting, coordinating with contract management and vendors to develop and execute statements of work, and the management of matrixed project team members. Project budgets ranged in size from $.5 M - $ 2M.
