Determine the strategic direction of 100 Women Strong OHIO. Carry out the strategic plan through overseeing operations, developing functional roles and assigning responsibilities. Promote and grow positive awareness of the organization and strengthen its reputation with members, sponsors and the communities it serves. Plan three large events to award money to the charity selected by the members of 100 Women Strong OHIO.

Responsible for overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new candidates. Research candidates in online marketplaces, reach out to those who are qualified and present approved candidates to management.

Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures. Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings. Manage marketing and community events.
