My professional experience spans 38 years in the telecommunications industry. Basically, I grew up at AT&T and its subsidiaries. I have held customer service, and training positions. Went into technical design and project management which grew into sales positions, then sales management and executive management.. Received certifications as application specialist and customer industry specialist. I have had years of training on voice and data networks and voice and data equipment, the industry always developing and growing with new products and services. I led, directed and coached technical engineering teams and sales teams in the midwest regions. I worked and developed relationships with many global, Enterprise and small business customers. I developed the Channel vendor program at Ameritech for data/Voice CPE and grew the business relationship with Nortel, Cisco, Polycom, Extreme, Juniper and others.
