This program is designed to assist first generation college students during their first year at college. I was apart of this program my freshman year at the university, and decided to become a peer mentor to assist other first generation college students with the transition during their freshman year. I have a group of 12 freshman, and attend monthly meetings to improve leadership skills.

I worked in the Honors college office keeping records for students.

During this time I worked as an intern in the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center. This experience taught me the entirety of the hospital as I got to witness every position including unit coordinators, secretaries, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and surgeons.
