The Honorable Mary K. Bush has decades of experience in international finance, corporate banking, and corporate governance. She currently serves on the board of Bloom Energy. In her business career, Ms. Bush became widely known for developing cutting edge financial and business strategies that helped transform markets throughout the world. She also served in three presidentially appointed positions. She was appointed by President Reagan and confirmed by the Senate as Board member of the International Monetary Fund. She was Managing Director and Head of the Federal Home Loan Bank System during the George H. W. Bush Administration and led the agency in helping to address the S&L crisis and in maintaining the health of the 12 Federal Home Loan Banks. She was appointed by President George W. Bush to the board of Sallie Mae. Ms. Bush was also appointed by Secretary of the Treasury, Henry Paulson, to the Department of the Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession. She was appointed by President George W.
