About Mary Kim Gray

I work with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs on large, complex projects. I create technical solutions that exceed IT and business stakeholders expectations. My strengths are eliciting business requirements, then synthesizing and organizing these into functional specifications--enabling developers to deliver the correct functionality. I have significant experience in identifying and writing use cases and developing class models. My integration specifications are the blueprints for 3rd party API integration, and I have actively managed 3rd party vendors during implementations. I come from a development background and continually mentor others in requirements and UML. I have exceptional project management skills including estimating, tracking actuals to budget, and delivering projects on time.Reach me at gray.marykim@yahoo.com
