As a recruiter, I coordinate structured efforts to secure temporary/permanent employment vacancies for qualified candidates accurately matching the client’s requirements with the credentials of the applicants. Also, I thoroughly determine eligibility of candidates through interviewing, reference checks, technical screening, and other background verifications. I work to negotiate contract terms, hourly rates, and full-time salaries with appropriate candidates. By focusing on customer relationships, I am responsible for marketing the company’s services, increasing business within corporate accounts, and improving the quality of service provided to clients.

South by Sea is an apparel company focused on providing the best designs, quality, and customer service to college campuses nationwide. While working as a Campus Manager at South by Sea, I have grown exponentially in my sales and customer service skills. My role included creating a strong customer base with long-lasting relationships as well as being a creative design outlet. I was able to hit huge company milestones including meeting my sales goal of $20,000 in 4 months, receiving top salesperson recognitions, and creating a design that was implemented company-wide to over 50 college campuses.

After working at The Pro Football Hall of Fame for two years as a Sales Associate, I was promoted to a Retail Sales Management Intern. Some of the duties I was tasked with were creating the daily schedule to assure an upkeep of professionalism, appeal, and efficiency in the store. I also trained new employees on merchandising, stocking, and cash balancing on the register. Not only this, but I managed up to 30 employees and volunteers in a given time to increase store performance. To implement marketing aspects into my Internship, I also delivered an online marketing plan on a monthly basis that included discounts and promotions to assist the Pro Football Hall of Fame Museum Store in sales in a quarter.

While working as a Sales Associate at the Pro Football Hall of Fame I am tasked with the duty to stock, organize, and perfect a storefront to increase visual appeal. Not only this, but I regulate and balance cash register money daily. Throughout high traffic 12 hour shifts I maintain excellent customer service and professionalism with everyday customers as well customers of high status like Tom Brady, Ed Reed, and many more.

As the Treasurer of Chi Omega Tau Alpha Chapter I developed and implemented cash management system for chapter and housing billing. During my two terms, I created four Master Budgets that were managed on a day to day basis to track performance. Working alongside all positions, I coordinated treasury operations and budgeting for 20 individual's in leadership roles within the organization.

While working in this position, I assisted in the organization of philanthropic campus activities and helped raise $10,000 to grant a child’s wish for The Make A Wish Foundation. I also coordinated and led workshops including LinkedIn, Resume Building, and Money Management. Through my works I inspired women within the organization to create career goals and ensured them they will reach them.

The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre is the #1 ranked sales program in the nation. To be a member of the Schey, there is an extensive interview process with an average acceptance rate at about 20%. Through my work with the Schey I actively engaged in leading New Hires in the Onboarding process. This allowed me to develop skills in problem solving, leadership training, public speaking, marketing, team building and organizational communication. I also attend weekly developmental workshops lead by Schey corporate partners to enhance knowledge of the sales world.
