My work with MGM requires mastery in several disciplines, including, but not limited to: People and process management, Finance, Administrative, and General communications. Account Coordination requires complete oversight of the management, traffic and workflow process between our clients (both internal and external) and the advertising design department. I also handle the development of entertainment marketing plans and the development of all advertising projects as they pertain to the live entertainment acts at Beau Rivage. Financial duties include the development and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual advertising budgets, preparation, approval, implementation and management of vendor quotes for large-scale advertising commercial and photography shoots, etc. Administrative and Organizational duties include preparation of meeting documents, coordinating staff meetings, schedule travel (plane, hotel, ground transportation) arrangements for employees, etc.

Corporate Office, Gulfport, Ms

Meet with end users to develop specifications for new and existing programming changes while working with programming staff to meet end-users request and develop supporting user documentation. I supervised third party software developer including testing software and writing specifications for changes to meet the objectives of the company. Developed and conducted training workshops for college staff and provided executive briefings on new software. Additionally, I was responsible for beta sites testing new corporate software and hardware installation along with training support staff during beta test phase. Also was responsible for building 72 individual location budgets and consolidating into regional and corporate budget spreadsheet models.

Chief duties in this position were technical including writing specifications, developing and maintaining programs for IBM System 34 & System 38 in RPG language, conduct paper trail study for company, providing overview with recommendations to executives for corrective actions. Ancillary responsibilities were to organize, plan and conduct international corporate conference for IBM Mid-Range computer departments (include contacting and arranging IBM speakers, hotel and conference facility arrangements), schedule and supervise contractor programmers hired to handle overflow work and special projects, maintain and train staff on use of personal computers, etc.

Handled the conversion, testing, and implementation of computer programs from IBM System 3 to System 34 to System 38 computer systems among other development and financial analysis responsibilities.
