Hi, I'm Mary Langan, an experienced workshop facilitator, trainer, and coach deeply committed to empowering individuals and teams to achieve their potential. Following a successful career in sales and leadership, predominantly at BBC Worldwide, I founded Nua, a boutique people development company, 12 years ago.🌱 Our Approach:'Nua,' an Irish word meaning 'freshness' and 'new'. I hold certifications as a coach accredited by the Association for Coaching, a Team Coach (Barefoot Coach Training), and an accredited Tilt 365 strengths practitioner. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of training and coaching over a thousand individuals across the UK and Europe, supporting them in achieving their professional goals.
