I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach – the highest international industry standard for coaching. When you want to build executive presence so you can have career efficacy, a happier life and better relationships with the people who matter while it still matters and it isn't happening an executive coach is essential. I am a certified executive coach with a unique perspective - 19 years as a CEO of organizations worth up to $31 million within large systems of up to 95,000 employees as well as a 10-year International Coach Federation certified coach. I help busy executives who have a good career, good education, great people they care about and want to build executive presence yet feel held back by doubt, bureaucracy, personal agendas, a triggered negative behavior or mindset, cynicism and colleague posturing. They are not achieving at the level they want. Your career should revolve around your life. Not vice versa. My clients get promoted, earn higher salaries, close more deals than their competition, have clarity on career and personal direction, position their unique influence, let go of false assumptions that hold them back, build a solid network of connections, are known for their leadership character and brand, execute calmly under fire, and draw people to act based on trust, values, strength and consideration.Success is freedom.
