Integrated within the Finance department and at the service of 13 Norman stores , I am the financial partner of the Regional Director and the Store Managers.In this context, in direct contact with operational staff:- I develop and debrief monthly summary financial reports.- I put in place the procedures and tools guaranteeing the security of flows, the reliability of financial information and the economic management of the activity.-I support store managers on steering, monitoring their budget, monitoring risks, writing corrective plans and optimizing their Gross Result in the short, medium and long term.

En charge de développer le chiffre d’affaires et la part de marché des produits Danone Eaux France (Evian, Volvic, Badoit, La Salvetat, Taillefine et Taillefine Fiz) sur un secteur comprenant 50 GMS. Missions : Contrôle du bon référencement des produits en magasin, Gain de parts de linéaire pour améliorer la visibilité des marques Danone Eaux France, Organisation de mises en avant dans les magasins lors d’opérations promotionnelles, Référencement des nouveautés au sein des points de vente, Mise en place d’une relation pérenne avec les clients.
