-Give maintenance to the assigned accounts of the Business Unit of the main companies in the city of Arequipa, carrying out a timely follow-up of their renewals. -Comprehensive care and advice to assigned clients, guaranteeing quality, timely and efficient care. -Adequate follow-up of the administrative procedures and/or various procedures that require the administration of the account or the policies under its responsibility (payment of commissions, reports, issuance of endorsements, policies, renewals, quotes, reimbursements, inclusions, exclusions, etc. ). -Control the fulfillment of the activities assigned to the Analysts in charge. -Register in the computer system the movements of policies, renewals, endorsements, invoices, reimbursements, etc. -Identify new business opportunities by analyzing the needs of current customers. - Review and ensure that the policies issued are adequate according to the needs of the insured. -Make the quote and comparisons of insurance requested by customers for renewal. -Monitor the claims rate of the assigned accounts, analyze and propose actions, as far as possible, to prevent and/or avoid the increase in claims.

Event planning, design and production within time limits.- Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. - Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
