A life-long resident of Maine, Mary Libby has combined persistent, creative energy with her passion for real estate and love of New England. Since beginning her career in 2002, she has become one of Maine's most successful real estate brokers with a focus on high value properties and the coastal communities in Cumberland County. Mary’s portfolio began with the Cape Elizabeth waterfront market and extended to properties throughout Southern Maine. Her real estate experience encompasses all of Greater Portland, including Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, South Portland and Portland, including the West End and islands of Casco Bay. She has also done a large amount of business in Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cumberland and Freeport areas, as well. Libby’s primary focus has been on single family homes and condos but she has also teamed up with developers and builders on land development. She works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and strives to develop long-lasting relationships with her clients. Extending beyond her real estate career is a portfolio of home renovations. She welcomes the opportunity to work on design projects on complete renovations, interior design and new builds. Her interests include writing, reading, design, collecting art, and yoga. She enjoys many outdoor activities, including running, biking, hiking, skiing and swimming.She resides in Cape Elizabeth and is the mother of three adult children. She takes great pride and pleasure in her six rambunctious grandchildren and her year-old Labradoodle, named Bear.
