Secured first major gifts in the history of the organization for building acquisition fund, two major capacity building grants, and marketing rebrand. As Director of Education Services, I designed, developed and produced workshops, seminars, and professional development for educators in a variety of settings (online, in person, retreats, etc.). I developed tools and resources for inclusive arts education, and developed and supported professional learning communities for ongoing arts learning. I developed and managed budgets and worked with consultants to evaluate and assess VSA projects. I conducted workshops and presentations nationally and internationally on VSA's work and on the role of the arts in inclusive learning. My position was eliminated in July 2011 due to Federal budget cuts.
