I was in charge of organising the events to raise funds through the semester.

EHLsmile Association is a student committee that aims "to create and support vocational training centers in hospitality professions for underprivileged youths in developing countries and to encourage the development of socially responsible tourism". I was in charge of recruiting the members, insuring internal communication and organizing the core members meetings.

Fête Finale is a student committee that organises twice a week events and the Fête Finale graduation gala in May, which hosts more than 1500 people. I was in charge of organising events that are not held in a night club (BBQ, brunches, ski trips...). The budget for the gala was +500K Swiss Francs.

I was working at the top floors of this hotel, taking care of the VIPs. I was interacting with a high- demanding clientele, thus working under pressure while ensuring the best customer experience possible. My duties included:- Supervising the housekeeping team (4 teams of 3 housekeepers)- Butler, reception and concierge services
