Red Leaf is a language course provider offering educational and travel opportunities for young people in Canada, providing language and academic programs for children and teens, and volunteer placements for those aged 18 and up.My accomplishments at Red Leaf included •Growing the school from inception to significant sales and personnel •Marketing and selling the educational programs around the world•Working with the new President in 2011 and 2012 to integrate the Canadian company with the head office in Spain and develop new educational options for students from many different countries One highlight of my time there was participating in the Team Canada mission to Russia in 2002 with Jean Chretien and some of the federal ministers, Mike Harris, Ralph Klein and other provincial leaders.

The Language Workshop was one of Toronto's original language schools offering ESL to young adults and business people from around the world. In 1994, we formed Global Village English Centres with a school in Vancouver. That group went on to be one of the most respected international chains of language schools.As founder of the school, I had similar accomplishments to Red Leaf, the most satisfying being building of the business from zero to very siginificant sales, international sales and marketing, through growing a network of agents around the globe, and bringing on a partner who eventually took over the business from me.
