As the first Executive Director of the National Quality Institute in the Atlantic Region, I successfully grew the business in Atlantic Canada while also facilitating Healthy Workplace and Quality Management System workshops and site verifications nation-wide on behalf of the organization. I also inspired and assisted with the development of 'Healthy Workplace for Small Business' Criteria.Excellence Canada is an independent, not-for-profit, organization that is committed to advancing and recognizing organizational excellence across Canada. This is done by aligning organizational learning with strategic objectives.
