Avian ecologist with over 10 years’ experience researching imperiled and endangered species. My expertise includes reintroductions, animal behavior, cooperative breeding, habitat specialists (specifically fire-dependent endemics), and habitat management. Research interests include using behavior to improve conservation outcomes, data science, and the causes and consequences of avian population decline.In my free time I serve as the Vice President for the Florida Ornithological Society (2019-present). I also serve as coordinator (and contributor) for the second Breeding Bird Atlas of Florida (FLBBA2), currently slated for online publication by early 2024.
