Member and CounselFormed and participated in management of an SPE that purchased a golf resort in Pinehurst area of North Carolina in 2006 for which developer sought and received land use approvals for 1150 residential units, managed and improved the golf resort which was subsequently rated #89 of the top 100 golf resorts in North Carolina, and managed a restaurant, banquet facility and golf condominium units. Sold the resort in late 2007, achieving a 14% return for limited economic interest members of a related company.

Drafted and negotiated franchise agreements for childcare establishments in New Jersey and New York, including drafting and negotiation of leases for either franchisor or franchisee management of such establishments. Handled all legal matters for a related development company, Diversified Development, LLC, to obtain land use entitlements and build the childcare facilities, handling all contracts and related legal matters.

Provided legal counsel for wealth management company which oversaw the assets of an educational trust of over $500M and other high net worth individuals. Asset management included various limited partnership, venture capital and real estate investments.
