Managed all store operations including leading cross-functional teams consisting of 350 plus associates in a $65 million Headquarters store. -Selected as the candidate to open and lead “Federated Store of the Future”. Store was created as a prototype focused on unique environmental venues focused on extending a customer visit.-Hosted shareholders, retail experts and international guests to present the model. High customer response initiatives were then placed in new store openings.-Increased volume revenue from a projected $40 million to $65 million in 10 years.-Created store specific strategy plan annually to exceed Macy’s goals while focusing on the unique Easton customer base.-Partnered with Easton Town Center marketing team to promote customer allegiance package for Macys. Target customer inclusive of tourists, conventioneers and hotel guests. Tourism revenue increased 5% annually.-Achieved profit goal annually through budget management and team’s focus on increasing average unit retail. Consistently achieved top district results.-Actively recruited, identified and developed talent creating an aligned team driven to exceed goal. Identified as the store to train college interns, train new executives and mentor new general managers.-Successfully developed future senior talent for the company.
