    In my position at Changing Hands Bookstore I started out as a bookseller, then became the in-store bookkeeper before later becoming the floor manager. In addition to being the floor manager and bookkeeper, I was on the advisory board for the bookstore, and enjoyed being part of the decision making process for where we were headed and how we could best serve our community. I also implemented many procedures and helped keep the store stocked as far as supplies, forms, and other materials needed to run smoothly. I was able to learn new systems easily and then train staff on procedures keeping a positive solution-oriented outlook to ensure smooth transitions among staff.
