CurrentManaged complex cyber recovery program to accelerate recovery of important business services following a pervasive cyber-attack that would impact platforms across the organization. Developed and implemented program structure to include resources and budget to support execution of the program across 6 business divisions.- Prioritized application recovery functionality which ensured compliance with regulatory requirements within Firm risk tolerances. Scope included defining data recovery requirements, developing testing strategy, and producing program reporting.- Managed effort to consolidate program data from multiple sources into a centralized database; business data, technology CMDB, and Sourcing, enabling consistent program reporting across business and delivery teams as well as to regulators.
