I am working in the Project Management Office supporting Wholesale Banking Regulatory Compliance projects.

One year volunteer supporting SPARK program for children in the McCreary County area. My responsibilities include teaching about Bullying and its effects on children to six third grade classes in McCreary County. The children I am teaching are so wonderful- third grade is a great age and these children are all ready experiencing bullying my peers, older students and adults.I am also working with children ages 6-17 in our after school program. We have a total of 42 students enrolled in our program- with the largest group being 13-17 years old. We are working on a proposal to secure funding to take these students on a field trip outside the county since many have never traveled away from their homes. In the summer, we will facilitate a camp for children from pre-school to high school ages.

Provided consulting expertise for Operational Risk Testing team- developed test scripts based on critical FHA mortgage regulations and alignment to high risk compliance rules. Executed process and risk evaluations leading to continuous process improvements. Reviewed, analyzed, and mitigated operational and credit risk. Communicated milestones, results, and remediation to all stakeholders. Engaged risk and line of business stakeholders throughout the Validated Reliance process. This role supports credit operations functions across multiple corporate and commercial industry groups for loan syndications in a multi billion dollar loan portfolio. Teams were located in Dallas, Charlotte and two sites in India that provided fulfillment, service, document management and collateral administration functions. Helped manage multi million dollar budget, reporting and analytics, resource management, risk and financial oversight.

Issues management support for Global Banking division which included Global Corporate Banking and Global Investment Banking business organizations. This role was a first line of defense role for risk management and interacted directly with the various businesses in this division both in the U.S., Europe and Asia markets. Multiple businesses comprised Global Banking and required direct partnership with each line of business management team to respond to auditors and compliance regarding issues cited for remediation while consulting with management on actions to strengthen and controls and minimize residual risk. Developed a Best Practice operating model that ensured all issues were remediated on time with appropriate status and reporting provided to executive management.

Business Manager role supporting the Technology Executive who is responsible for the banking center teller and sales platforms for BofA. This role involves defining and implementing the core management routines for the executive and his staff, including finance, operations and risk deliverables. Additional rigor was implemented to support monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive management, presentations for internal and external business clients as well as general communications across the team. Designed and helped to implement our team's website. Champion of Associate Experience for our team- also managed all on site visits to our teams across our geography. Utilized my Six Sigma background to help implement process improvements across our team as well.

Managed a team of senior project managers who were driving various information security and protection projects at BofA. Led effort to set up our program office and designed governance process and routines, deployed standard tools and templates as well deployed executive reporting across the Information Protection Business Continuity organization.

Partnered with Quality & Productivity executive for Technology & Operations division to integrate Q&P methodology, practices and training across team of over 10,000 associates. Led team responsible for Six Sigma project tracking of over 1,000 projects across Technology & Operations ( T&O). Implemented Hoshin and Kanri practices and deployed their key deliverables for T&O as well as my team providing reporting of Kanri key metrics for T&O. Received improvement and DFSS Green Belt certifications as well as Black Belt DFSS certification while a manager on this team.

Managed team of project managers who were leading various national consumer projects- such as Community Banking, Access Checking, Lobby Traffic.Key project manager for Small Business Client Management Process- national deployment of standard sales process and tools for Small business client managers across entire BofA franchise.Designed and implemented first national small business call center for sales.
