Drawing on more than 15 years of industry experience, I support our National Practice Lead and our practice’s growth by leading our client success team and looking at how we prioritize the client experience. As a client success team, we are responsible for accurate, timely and of quality delivery of our service model and accountable to the day-to-day client experience. We do this by developing a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, leaning into innovation, embracing a growth mindset, and through nurturing our self-efficacy. In every action, we ask ourselves how does this support the client experience? By asking ourselves this simple question we ensure our clients can attain their organizational goals and objectives while effectively navigating our nation's complex healthcare industry with ease. Personally, I look to challenge myself as much as I challenge others. I do this by embracing a learner mindset, actively dedicating time for daily accountability and reflection and by giving space for failure. I understand that sometimes our greatest successes are the results of our worst failures and because of this I look to lead with autonomy and empathy. My values are wellbeing, joy, accountability, equity, kindness, and bravery. Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, playing tennis, fostering for the humane society, enjoying nature, and eating tacos.
