We are passionate about promoting health, wellness, and camaraderie among participants of all ages and abilities.Responsibilities Include:Planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of road races, including pre-event logistics, race day operations, and post-event activities.Creating logos, website, social media assets, and marketing campaigns to promote the events.Coordinating with local authorities, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure the smooth execution of events and compliance with all regulations and permits.Developing and managing event budgets, including revenue projections, expenses, and sponsorships.Overseeing course design and logistics, including route selection, safety measures, and participant amenities.Managing participant registration, communications, and inquiries before, during, and after events.Coordinating with timing services to ensure accurate and timely results reporting.Evaluating event performance and participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future events.Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in event management and race directing.
